This website, eyesontherightpodcast.com, is run by Eyes on the Right Podcast, LLC. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Eyes on the Right Podcast, LLC, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses the site.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Our content
The podcast episodes, Bible studies, writing, photographs, artwork and logo on this site belong to Eyes on the Right Podcast, LLC or to the people who gave us permission to use them. They are protected by copyright.
You are welcome to share our work. You may:
- link to any page or episode;
- quote short passages or share short clips, as long as you credit Eyes on the Right Podcast and link back to the original.
Please do not re-upload whole episodes or studies, sell our content, or edit it in a way that changes what was said. For anything else, ask us first.
Guests on the podcast speak for themselves. Their views are their own and may not reflect ours.
Teaching, not professional advice
The podcast, Bible studies and everything else on this site are Bible teaching and discussion. They are shared for encouragement and education. They are not counseling, therapy, or medical, legal or financial advice, and listening does not create a counseling relationship with Amy or anyone else.

Support, the Shop and our recommendations
Supporting the podcast. Eyes on the Right Podcast, LLC is a business and ministry. It is not a registered charity or 501(c)(3) organization, so gifts to support the podcast are not tax-deductible. Support is voluntary and does not buy any product, service or benefit. Payments go through Venmo, under Venmo’s own terms.
The Shop. Our merchandise is sold and delivered through an outside store. Prices, payment, shipping, returns and refunds are handled there, under that store’s terms. Product pictures on this site are for illustration, and the item you receive may differ slightly.
Recommendations and affiliate links. The books, Bibles and products on our Resources page are things we recommend. Some links are affiliate links, which means we earn a small commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We do not sell those products ourselves, so the seller’s terms apply to any purchase, and questions about an order go to the seller.
Links, messages and fair use of the site
Links to other websites. We link to podcast apps, video and social media sites, stores and other resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Messages you send us. When you write to us through the Contact page, please be honest and respectful. We read every message, but we cannot promise to reply to all of them. We will not publish what you send without your permission.
Please do not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone;
- send spam, or try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site;
- copy the site’s content in bulk with automated tools.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We cannot promise it will always be error-free, up to date or online.
